Lemon Baked Tilapia
Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 lemon thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt 1 tbsp butter and place in the bottom of a baking pan (big enough to hold all the fish).
- Dredge one side of the fish in the butter, and turn over (butter side up).
- Melt second tbs butter and pour over the fish.
- Sprinkle all spices over fish evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese over fish evenly.
- Put one slice of lemon on each piece of fish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until flaky.
