Why Fluudbloggler

After a crazy evening of cooking "masterchef" style for my friends, I wanted to say that I would like to become a blogger of food, or food blogger.  However, several glasses of wine, and 6 other shots (reason for those shots to be on an upcoming post) - it came out FLUUDBLOGGLER - and so Fluudbloggler was born.

This is the food that was created with my surprise ingredients provided by my friends - advance knowledge was not given to me until 10 minutes before I had to start creating a meal for them.  Result: animal cracker encrusted tilapia atop a coconut milk/prickly pear sauce accompanied by exotic mushroom and cheese risotto, and balsamic spinach salad.
